Order bowl and really tight on the meat…I had to eat 3/4 of the bowl before I saw meat, and they put sour cream in my son’s wrap. We did an on line order so I know we didn’t mess up. But whatever, we will eat there again and get bad service again….pretty used to it by now.

So I finally made it to Chipotle after hearing about the bowls from family and friends. Sorry to say I was disappointed. Although the food was lukewarm, I could tell it would have been better if warmer. The atmosphere sucked. The restaurant was dirty from top to bottom. The floors, the food service area, the tables. And you had four workers. One in the front of the store scrolling on the phone, one in the back talking on the phone, and the guy who’s making my food throwing it into the bag. Only one person was working on the grill. And the guacamole succed. I don’t blame the store with bad employees.

What the hell Chitpole. They could of at least put signs up that we need exact change. I get ready to pay for my food and I couldn’t even cash out. Than when I used my card the dumb machine couldn’t even take the money I had on my card, but I’ll check and make sure. I had to leave my food there. This location lost me forever as a customer. I won’t be returning for a very long time. If I return at all.

Update: On June 5th, I can tell there has been a change and the food is much better. More polite staff than before and correct portions. Bathrooms are still consistently disgusting however.

I love this place. Always good service when I go. However on last Friday Devin gave me personal service and I absolutely love it. It was lunch time and they were out of grilled veges. Devin personally took the time to go cut and grill veges for me. That is something that will keep me coming back again and again bc of that simple yet amazing gesture. Thanks Devin for making my day and my rice bowl. You are much appreciated.

Everytime my order is placed online it is made incorrectly. The last time I ordered my food was missing 3 toppings. This time after placing my order I called them to make sure it was made right, but when I received it, it was missing several items and some toppings were placed on the wrong bowl, making it not eatable. My mother cannot have sour cream , hers was covered in it. I do not like the veggies or beans and mine was full of it with no sour cream. If you want your food done right you have to go inside

I had an order door dashed for dinner today. The food was terrible. The steak was just chunks of fat and impossible to chew. My daughter and both had steak on our meals and neither of us could eat it. The green salsa for my quesadilla tasted strongly of perfume. The sour cream side was NOT COLD and the only topping that tasted fresh was the cheese. I usually don’t complain, but I’m not happy about spending $80+ on food we could not even eat…. what a waste!! We won’t be back. That’s for sure.

I have been going here for a long time like maybe a year. I loved the food and the service always fast. But tonight, I purchased my regular chicken bowl with almost everything in it. As I was halfway through, I chewed something hard. I spit it out and it was stale leaf. I am not talking about the lettuce but an actual leaf from a tree. After tonight, I will not be going back to this location. Because, how did a leaf from outside was at the bottom of my food. Here is a picture as well.
