First off I just pulled up in drive through right when they switched over then I asked for a Bacon Ranch chicken deluxe sandwich with no pickles but I ended up with no deluxe and pickles. Asked for a large sweet tea and got a medium like the grease need to be changed I’m just not happy at all. Look at the chicken patty that’s from cooking with old grease.

Honestly was the worst fast food experience I have had in a long while, I placed the order and was told to park in the front space for my order. Waited 20 minutes before going inside to find out they never made it. And wanted the Grimace shake but as always the ice cream machine is “out”. Just clean your equipment during morning prep!

I really wish I could give this location a zero. The service is terrible and the food always tastes old and dry. The bread is the worst. Today I went and they weren’t even using official McDonalds buns. It was absolutely absurd. I really hope someone looks into this location and its extremely low standards soon!
