Delicious coffee shop. Friendly baristas, great atmosphere with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Bags of coffee beans pricey but our coffee was delicious. Baked goods looked yummy but we were headed to breakfast so we didn’t try them.

Unfortunately my experience on 06/05 was disorienting quite literally. I have Celiac disease and ordered a muffin advertised as gluten free around 1130am. By around 2pm I began to feel really sick to the point I called out of work and called the restaurant back as the only other time I have had such a quick onset of symptoms was the last time a restaurant served me gluten even after making them aware of my allergy. After calling the woman who answered asked if the muffin had oats on it to which I responded yes. She quickly told me the label must have been incorrect and that this “does not happen often”. I was offered a refund but I declined. I was told the employee would be told the severity of the accident but trust me nobody with an allergy who has been dosed by your food wants money or have a single employee acknowledge the impact. What I want is the time and experience to not have happened and a system in place that depletes the possibility of such accidents. I will not be visiting any of the Share Coffee locations until there is a system in place that makes sure this is not a possible accident and records accidents and why they took place. Loved the muffin, did not love being in physical pain including a migraine, becoming so disoriented I passed out and vomiting due to my breakfast. I understand many are not aware of the severity one can experience due to gluten but this is not just a preference and should have systems as strict in place as other allergies such as nuts. If you cannot offer customer safety with your food then do not serve it!

Beautiful coffee shop, one of my favorites in Amherst. Staff are always welcoming and friendly, and they have a wonderful selection of both coffees and pastry items. A lot of outdoor seating too, which is nice. Interior is bright and clean, a fun place to catch up with friends or study/work.

Excellent coffee and service. Food is all top notch, restaurant quality ingredients and freshness but at a coffee shop. Negative reviews likely from snowflakes…

Very friendly staff. Safe space for sure!!! The coffee is good and there are all types of seatings for various purposes: working, chat with friends, indoor and outdoor seatings.

Nice local cafe for a break. The coffee is well made and the latte arts are good. Didn’t get a chance to try the bakery but the hot sandwiches are authentic and come relatively quickly, so good if you are in a hurry. The price is acceptable.

Bright cheery place for espresso meet up. Spacious interior and outdoor table options are appreciated. It’s a nice pit stop whenever I am in town.

Came here with my girlfriend to have a quick breakfast and do some school work. I’d say it was great for food and conversation and maybe not so great for the schoolwork. Lots of people were there having conversations, near every table had someone sitting at it. If you don’t mind potentially sharing a larger table with others and a decent amount of ambient noise as you do work it’s fine.
