Pav Bhaji Hut serves the best and the most authentic Pav Bhaji in the bay area where you would want to revisit albeit their relatively high prices. This branch in Fremont is good but I experienced lot of echo inside while placing the order and the wooden benches to sit on could be replaced by more comfortable seating. Other than that the staff is very friendly, service is quick. They only serve Pav bhaji and orange/watermelon juice at their restaurant with varying level of spiciness. This is a chain brand with other outlet in Santa Clara and also have a food truck near the Lawrence station, Santa Clara. Taste and price are ditto.

Major disappointment. They literally have just 1 item on the menu, a regular pav bhaji. It’s ridiculously expensive for 2 pavs and some bhaji. Very ordinary tasting, nothing out of the world for $12.99. For extra pav you have to pay another $3.99 and for cheese you pay another $2.49. The onions on the side were stale, not juicy or crispy. Not at all reasonable or worth. The only thing I liked is the space, ample space and modern ambiance. Total rip off. Do not recommend this place.

This location of Pav Bhaji Hut is so convenient. Very large seating area. Ample parking. The menu is short and sweet. Very clean. Slightly spicy for kids. Ask for cold pressed OJ to go with it!

Authentic street style Pav Bhaji – the best in the Bay Area! Ample quantity of Bhaji served, with a side of onions & lime. The spices and the butteriness was perfect!

I am a mumbaikar and can say for sure this is not authentic Mumbai pav bhaji. It is ridiculously expensive for the quantity they serve. ($14 for pav bhaji, $4 for extra pav) the staff was rude and the tables were not clean. They have a very small menu to begin with and did not have some things we asked for. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Very tasty pav Bhaji. Quality ingredients are used. They even made pav. Everything reflects in taste. Staff is friendly and made suggestions for order. Good value for money. I’ll definitely try again.

Pav Bhaji hut specializes in and mainly serves one thing, you guessed it, pav Bhaji. It’s certainly high quality pav bhaji with lots of bhaji so you’re better off getting the extra pav. The watermelon juice was 100% squeezed and fresh as describe and was delightful to drink without added sugar or preservatives. There is certainly a premium for the quality however as you can see by the prices. A pav bhaji + extra pav + watermelon juice came to $22, well above what I would expect to spend for chaat and a drink. Docked off a star just because I don’t think I would frequent this place as most Indian restaurants serve similar quality pav bhaji for $5-10 less. Plenty of seating inside and fair amount of street parking so that wasn’t an issue.
