Food was good. I drive 8.5 miles to get my food because they don’t deliver to my house. I was insulted when the lady behind the counter presented me with a credit card receipt that I had to sign for the express purpose of adding a tip. Prior orders have been handed to me with no receipt printed. Tipping for nothing beyond doing their job is not something I will ever do.

Ordered food at 10:30, it’s almost 12:30 and I still have nothing. I called at 11:15 and was told my food would be here once a driver picked it up. Since then, no calls, no apologies, no updates. No one will answer the phone now because the store is closed. I was charged $30 for food I never received, and every where else I could have ordered from is closed now. Do NOT order from this location. I was so excited to order out tonight since it rarely happens. Did y’all just throw my food away? Did you eat it? I’ve never had this happen to me, worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Worst customer service as well since you didn’t even have the decency to tell me I should order somewhere else.

ordered delivery more recently, multiple stuffed crust pizzas and sides that also required dipping sauces. included in the order was a request for five additional sauces. The driver who came to deliver acknowledged that they sell the request and stated that his manager Dave rejected the sauces because they need to be paid for. if the manager just would have called, we would have gladly paid for them, we obviously wanted them. Dave could have made Papa John’s some more money and had satisfied customers with a simple call.

Food was good, all our order was there, the issue was with the delivery. We ordered online, an hour and 20 minutes later, I give them a call just to see what the ETA is. I’m told that the order was marked as completed 30 minutes prior to my call. I go check outside my apartment door, no food. I go check outside the building and my food is sitting out there in the cold. There was no text or call. They didn’t even buzz my apartment from outside the building! We ended up having to microwave portions of our order because it was cold from sitting out for so long.

The website wouldn’t let me pay for a carryout order with cash, so I called them. I’m pretty sure they route all calls to a central hub, because I could barely understand the person on the phone and she asked what restaurant I was picking up from. Turns out they only accept card payments. Also, they may be open until 11 p.m. but you can’t carry out after 9:40. If you’re going to make it that difficult to order a pizza, I’ll just go somewhere else.

This place was absolutely terrible. We ordered a pizza and chicken wings. The estimated delivery time was 48 minutes. It took over 90 minutes for the pizza to finally arrive, and when it did, everything was cold, not even room temperature, but cold. Will never oder from here again!
