I have never had a bad experience with this Pizza Hut location and we can always depend on them supplying great food and customer service. One thing also to note, I asked a third party driver about tips at this location and she stated this location is very good about giving tips to third party drivers when the tip is left on the card with the order, so that made me relieved that the correct people are getting their tips.

This place use to be really good but now it’s just garbage. Every time we order curb side we end up having to go in, every time we order Xtra toppings we literally get less than what we would had gotten if we didn’t order Xtra. The short black girl there is rude and clueless. The fact that she knows absolutely nothing is beyond me. The staff are always playing instead of actually working. One time I ordered chicken and pineapple pizza instead of her saying we’re out of chicken she decided to put all pineapples and literally two pieces of chicken on my pizza. However I received a refund but still to pay all that money and the food is terrible, This by far is my last time spending money here.

Sometimes the breadsticks aren’t to the normal Pizza Hut standards. I have never had a problem with them forgetting to include anything that I ordered. If only they could make the breadsticks the same each time.

This location is awesome! I can safely say that they have never messed our order up. Very happy with the service from this location. Wish I would have gotten my delivery drivers name tonight, 6/23/20 7pm, but he was ON POINT. Our other usual driver Danielle is amazing as well. Could not be happier, keep killing it over there!

I order a family box the brush this was cold the pizza was soft and mushy and cold just everything was rushed and I asked for bone and barbecue barbecue wings and they gave me the the bowl now and I’m very disappointed I just left from them 30 minutes ago and I’m highly upset I’m asking for a reimbursement

Never received our food. No communication was made by the store or driver upon delivering the food, not even to let us know there was some kind of issue finding our apartment. Two hours pass and upon calling the store I was greeted with a short response of “sorry we’re closed.” Thankfully I was able to let someone know about our situation before the call almost got ended. I am skeptical we’ll actually see our money refunded based on other reviews for this location. I won’t be ordering from this particular store again based on my and others experiences.

I’m very disappointed! I ordered from the app, and due to this location, I wasn’t allowed to put moore than 3 toppings on my pizza due to chefs’ requests and proper cooking! The pizza was undercooked. The dough was super light and partially gooey! We will not be returning to this location!
