I was extremely happy overall with my visit. My pizza was actually hot and ready, like it had just come out of the oven, even though I know it hadn’t. The young lady at the counter was friendly and sought help quickly when she couldn’t complete my transaction. Even the manager came right away. Very pleasant experience

Food that I got was good but it would’ve been nice to have gotten all my food I ordered. When I tried to call the store it said they where closed and this was at 8:00pm they don’t close till 11:00pm. Had to contact corporate cause no one wanted to respond to me about my order not being complete.

We ordered a New York Big deal Pizza, worse tasting one. The pizza looked nothing like on commercial. It was like a medium size, tasted horrible, very little pepperoni and cheese and crust wasn’t done. I paid over 22.00 plus the tip. Ended by putting in trash. Will never purchase anything from this location. Will not be a fool twice.

The 1st 3 times I ordered on line and my pizza was so very good, the 4th time I ordered again online it was slightly over cooked and dry, I called the store today and told the nicest guy that answered the phone name Jerry of my last experience he was so genuinely concerned and said he would make my two pizzas himself, ppl he done a seriously awesome job our pizzas for my family and myself couldn’t had tasted any better, customer service is EVERYTHING and Jerry and the Pizza Hut staff done a outstanding job, if anyone had a bad experience please let them know and I guarantee there will do everything they can to be the best BTW he opened each box making sure I was totally completely satisfied and he was happy that I was happy, that’s very rare so I’m a customer and my family for life phenomenal job.
