We’ve been getting pizza here for a while now, the food is always spot on and we’ve never had a problem. But we’ve had had a couple issues with the employees. We will order using the app and will pick up ourselves. Lately we’ve been sending our children in with our card and giving them a chance to practice walking in by themselves and paying by themselves. Well we had several of the employees trick the kids into giving them tips with the machine, when the children would ask a question. We got pretty frustrated and had to give the children strict instructions to not tip them ever. We were pretty frustrated that they would do that.

I don’t want to see anyone touching their phone and texting, then touching my food ingredients. Yuk! Plus everyone should have a hat or hair net on plus gloves. One person has no hat. The other no gloves. Are these not rules anymore? These are basic food service industry standards. Come one.

We ordered pizza about a week ago. My partner is allergic to pineapple and his pizza got some pineapple on it while being prepared. Called and spoke to the only employee on and he was extremely kind and helpful. He fixed the pizza and had it delivered so quickly. The driver was equally fantastic. Everyone makes mistakes, but how a business responds to mistakes really shows how they value their customer base. Will definitely order from here again, they’re fantastic.

Fairly good toppings to pizza, and nice warmth upon delivery. I think the carryout service is okay but just okay.. service is not with a smile and when they get backed up attitudes can be taken out on the customers. Papa John’s used to be a generally great place for families to go but I walked in one time to find two employees using fowl language. Since when is that showing courtesy?

I’ve had pizza from here a handful of times and every time it destroys my stomach. I’ve had missing toppings, unmelted cheese and cold/warm pizza. I live within a 5 minute drive and my pizza is usually on the colder side of warm temperature wise which is weird with me being so close to them. I love papa johns but for some reason only this location has gave me some issues with my stomach.
