Service is Terrible in Drive Thru. No one else in line but took forever to get food. Then when I got my food, the White Peach sweet tea was made with Unsweet, Fries had no salt and weren’t fresh, I was missing sauce for my nuggets. There is no way items should be made wrong when it’s slow. You have a screen and time to make sure everything is correct. I will not be coming back. I will still with the other Chick Fil A in Mobile. Please do better for the next guest.

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. I made a mobile order and waited 45 minutes to get my food. I received a message saying my order was ready after 15 minutes but I didn’t receive it because the workers were trying to keep their make time down so they clicked the orders as finished on their screen and got confused and didn’t know what they had served already and what they still had to serve. Once I did finally get my order and walked all the way back to the convention center to give it to my kid to eat in the kids meal instead of chicken nuggets I was given hash rounds. I walked it all the way back and asked for a manager who was in the back and refused to come out and talk to me (april 29th around noon) the guy working the front counter told me it would be at least 15 more minutes to get nuggets and said I need to pick something else. He was very rude. When I said just give me a chicken sandwich he brings me back nuggets and tells me that he was doing me a favor and gave me someone else’s nuggets instead. “A favor” really wow. What a joke. This is the only Chick-fil-A I’ve been to that’s managed worst than a McDonald’s.

Honestly, the best fast food experience I’ve ever had in Alabama. The employees here are a cut and a half above those in Tuscaloosa and the service was excellent, and very fast, even in the incredibly crowded lunch hour. I’ve attached pictures of when it’s less crowded.

Sat in the drive thru for 42 minutes after placing my order online. Got to the window and they were out of Mac n cheese. They had to fry some more fries so they sent me to a parking spot to wait another 10 minutes.

I love this place and all the options that are offered. The Cobb salad with extra nuggets is always a great choice for me. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because this location is not up to par with other locations. The first time my order was ever messed up or something was left out was at this location.

Today I had top restaurant-quality food and service at a Fastfood chain!! The mac and cheese Is better than a lot of these fancy restaurants in Mobile and the chicken strips. My experience was great and the downtown location employees walk around to ensure the customer drink was filled. I was impressed.
