This is definitely one of my favourite places to visit as a large group just outside Des Moines. The food is tasty, the atmosphere is lively, the staff is attentive without being overbearing, and appetisers are always big enough to share. I have had a few instances where the food wasn’t up-to-sratch for one reason or another, but they always make things right, and I never leave feeling regretful. The burger variety is definitely a highlight.

Started off with the fried cheese curds. The Raspberry Jalapeño sauce that came with them complimented them well. Got the Sunny burger, and it was delicious. Our server was great.

I’ve been here before, but this time, it seemed pretty average at best. Food wasn’t that great. It seemed like it might have been sitting in the window a while since it was just above room temperature when I got it. Got the chicken bacon ranch grilled cheese. The cheese didn’t even seem melted and the bread was soggy with grease. Also, I got the maple bacon breakfast shake, and that was disappointing. The donut was super dry and the shake was runny. Again, like it had been sitting in the window too long

We ordered to go and the food was magical. With to go orders fries and tots need to be re air fried but can’t help that. Tons of solid options and we were happy with what we ordered. The service was great, prompt and exactly on time with estimated time. We will be back to eat in person to try it fresh fresh. Super nice looking building too.

Will not be returning. Took over an hour to get food. Wasn’t particularly busy when we went. Portions we’re pretty small for the price. Food was cold, bland, and somehow both soggy and dry by the time we got it (dry fish, no crisp on the breading). Server was pretty nice when she was around but only saw her once or twice the whole time we were in. Would not recommend

Our server was nice and helpful. He came around frequently and made sure we had everything. The cheese curds were great and I love the raspberry jalapeno jam stuff that comes with it. Moscow mule was good. Milkshakes were good.
