Very clean and neat facility, friendly staff. The food was delicious and there were quite a lot of different types of sandwich selections. I liked the simplistic ordering method of grabbing a bag and marking what I wanted to order. Will definitely be back.

Horrible service. The guy that waiting on us never said a word to us when we came in, when we ordered, or even when our food was ready. We were the only customers and he was extremely slow even making the food. Extremely unfriendly atmosphere. Wouldn’t recommend. 6/17 @ 12:20 cashier #6.

I had one of the worst sandwiches ever at the Hurstbourne Pkwy store. The meat was literally in small pieces versus full slices. The sandwich looked nothing like the pictures at the restaurant. I completed the survey expressing my dissatisfaction and even included pictures to show how bad it was. Even though I provided my contact information, I didn’t hear a word from Which Wich. Needless to say, I haven’t returned.

I decided I wanted to try a new sandwich shop when I noticed this place. I ordered the CHZBRGWICH and the WICKED and they were both absolutely delicious. Loaded with quality toppings, cheese and meat. Yes, the price point is a bit higher than places such as Subway or Penn Station, but you get what you pay for and what Which Wich gives you is, in my opinion, worth so much more than what they charge. 10/10

Been years since I’ve been to a Which Wich, so I excited to see one in my new city! A lot has changed since I’ve last been, (bring back thanksgiving sammy) but Shawn (Sean) was so great, took time to explain the new menu and process and helped me to have a great visit. Might not have gone well if he didn’t take the time to really take care of my needs and answer questions. Then he made me the mother of all BLT’s!! Thanks WW and Sean.
