Meltdown on Park exceeded expectations. Very friendly staff. It was difficult deciding if I should get the grilled cheese or one of the hot dogs. Grilled cheese never disappoints, so I decided to go with that. After I placed my order, I decided to add the Mac Attack Dog. I didn’t want to regret not trying one of the specialty hot dogs. Probably the best decision I could have made. The bacon, Mac and cheese, and hot dog blended together nicely. Every bite tasted better and better. The grilled cheese was buttery and gooey. It was much larger than I expected. Two great choices that complemented each other. Next time I’m there, I definitely want to try one of the cheese steaks. They look delicious. Five stars!

Wife & I are from MS, but we were in the area due to attending the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA. Made the drive down to Hartford, CT to give this place a try. I’ve had many cheesesteaks in my day, but the Meltdown Cheesesteak was honestly the best I’ve ever had. Just fantastic! And then got to wash it down with refreshing Dole lemonade. Great service, great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be stopping in again next time we’re up this way.

Adam (very nice guy to boot) and his crew do a great job. I go around trying cheesesteak everywhere and this one places in the top of one of the best. It’s very good, he toasts the bread perfectly, no bad bits in the steak he grills up right in front and f you. To top it off he melts that cheese perfectly.

The classic grilled cheese I had from Meltdown was SO good – expectations exceeded! Sooo cheesy, and the bread was good too. My mom loved her steak bomb sandwich. I’m curious to try their hot dogs next time!

I got the hangover and it was delicious and the fries were pretty crispy and flavorful, the staff were pretty nice and my food was nice and hot, the only problem I had was that the egg that went on hangover was not cooked long enough, but other than that the burger was very flavorful.

This place doesn’t sell what they advertise they bacon is actually bacon chip bits for my steak and egg I ordered pickels paid for them.never came called and the fat guy has a very nasty attitude and has no people skills whatsoever wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
