On 10/1/2022 around 9 15pm…I ordered a spicy nacho munchie meal and a kids cheeseburger. They gave me a plain chicken sandwich with just mayo. And when I called to notify them. They told me they heard a spicy chicken combo. Which makes no sense because I was charged for a munchie meal and got the box. Then they’re going to say that they don’t sell that item anymore. In that case why wasn’t I informed?.? Or am I wrong for needing to know that small detail?.? As an ex jack in box emoyee I try to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt but they just kept saying oh I’m sorry. But they didn’t bother to compensate not that i even want my money back for the food. At least have it exchanged for anything else at least. I wouldve gotten a different burger at least. Not to mention the kids patty looked like it was burnt from the sides and laying there for a while.the tacos were soggy like they took it out early or it has been laying for a while. They were probably in-between break time or shift change but the service overall was bad. And the emoyees sounded lost like they didn’t know what to say?.? I didn’t even bother to ask for a lead because it seemed like they didn’t even have one based on the quality of the food. Plus the service wasn’t horrible they just didn’t seem like they knew what was going on.
