i usually love coming to this starbucks but the baristas have gotten slower 15 minutes to wait on a drink i get they get busy some days but make sure you accommodate for your weekends. Not just 4 workers.

We have only been to this location 2 times and both times they were out of pretty much everything. On Friday evening, my son was excited to use his gift card but we quickly found out they were unable to make any of them. All they had to offer were fruity drinks and hot chocolate. He reluctantly decided he would take a hot chocolate so the trip wasn’t completely wasted. The employee told us that a truck with supplies was expected later that night. We decided to get up early Saturday so he could AGAIN try to get the coffee he wanted only to be told they were still out of all the supplies and AGAIN my child was disappointed. This child was excited all day Friday to get his first coffee and both times left sad. I understand his feelings are not important to your company, but seeing your child so disappointed is maddening to a mom. The employees were wonderful but the manager and this company need to step up and DO THEIR JOB. This place is always full and we’ve never stopped yet the only 2 times we have, this is what we’ve encountered, WOW!

You have three baristas that can actually do their jobs. The one anti social one who never greets people but is comfortable enough to run her mouth. I shouldn’t have to have my drink remade. The store manager was very polite about the issue but the grumpy Barista needs to lose the attitude.

The staff were playing around and taking pictures of themselves, but that wasn’t the worst part. The problem was that I paid for a cup of coffee (a mocha) and it didn’t even taste like coffee, it straignt up tasted just like pure chocolate.

This has to be the worst Starbucks on the planet. The workers are always scrambling and no one seems to be in charge. They advertise on the app they close at 8pm but they really close at 7pm or whenever they feel like shutting down.

Super sweet people at this Starbucks!! But the line is super long! It is a convenient location and nice that they are always good about using soy milk where some places completely ignore it. Again, the only issue is the long line. They seem very stressed with only 2 people working there.
