The last few times I have ordered from here their cucumbers have not been fresh. They ran out of edamame and gave me extra soggy cucumbers. I’ve ordered the same items from a different Salata and the food was much better.

They for a couple of items my last 2 orders, this time the only person didn’t notice me at drive through for 15 mins, checks his phones, makes a phone call then sees me. Could of went to the store and made my own salad at this point, unacceptable. Do better

Walked in 20 minutes before closing today to get a salad for my birthday and they said they were out of lettuce and salad. Like completely out, none in the back or anything. About 10 other customers left as I did. Very disappointing.

I come here often and am very disappointed in the 2 experiences I’ve had recently. First, yesterday 5/2, it was an HOUR before closing, and the staff seemed bothered that my children and I were the last customers to dine in. No friendliness during the process of making our salads. Didn’t hand me a receipt when checking out nor my bowls, I had to ask if I just needed to grab our bowls, and didn’t get an answer, so then I REACH over the counter to get our food. Then attitude from the cashier when I mention they forgot our croissants , gave one to my daughter, when we were missing 3 more and gives me attitdue when I ask if the salads don’t come with them anymore telling me my daughter only asked for one, but there was 4 of us, with a salad each! Today 5/3, my salad is messed up by putting in seafood mix, although I clearly said BACON BITS 3 times, the guy scoops out the seafood, takes my bowl to the back, comes back with the same bowl and then asks if I want it made again or the same bowl. I dislike seafood so I ask for him to make it again. I was not in a hurry thankfully so I offer to go back in line, no offer to NOT go back in line, and no other staff member noticed that I was ordering again. Very frustrated with the lack of customer service!!!

I wanted to get a salad from here and while yes, I understand I got there late (15 mins. Before closing) I was just going to get a salad and leave and there wasn’t anyone else in line besides me. The two boys that were working there saw me and didn’t even try to see what I wanted. They blatantly ignored me just so they didn’t have to stop what they were doing.

I normally never have a problem but this time the wrap wasn’t going to be cut and I had to tell him to cut it. The slice was at such a harsh angle and it wasn’t cut all the way through. I tried to rip it apart but when I wrapped my hands around all I touched was salad. It wasn’t even really wrapped all the way either and has fallen apart. The tortilla wasn’t even warm either. Now I’m stuck at work with an uncompleted salad wrap.

I’ve been struggling with whether or not to post this review, because I’ve always had such a great experience at this location. I purchased a salad last week and when I reached the bottom of my salad, I noticed what looked to be a bug’s leg moving. Once I moved some lettuce to the side, I realized it was in fact a bug and it was still alive and well – almost an hour after I purchased the salad. I contacted the restaurant and Sarah, the manager, was apologetic and voided my transaction. She explained that this hasn’t happened and continued to apologize. I’m sharing because I’d hate for this to happen to anyone else. I don’t know when I’ll be able to eat a salad from anywhere, anytime soon. This looked like a stink bug and not a regular salad bug, so I’m not sure how it ended up in the salad. I had Salata mix & spinach.

Used to be good. Last few orders were missing toppings and today I waited almost 30 min in the drive through for 2 cars. Once I received my order I was missing dressing, sundried tomatoes, chopped egg, chopped and bacon. Not worth it for a $13 dollar salid
