Chicken was good but the sides were very disappointing. The macaroni salad was very bland and dry, mashed potatoes were not hot but the gravy on top was. Finally made a pit stop at The Barn Restaurant. Awesome little spot! Looked nice inside, friendly lady at the till to take my order. Although people talk about them having good fried chicken, I went for a good ole footlong hotdog. They were sadly out of footlongs, so they were selling two regular dogs for the same price. Great dogs! I ordered mine with onions, mustard, chili, cheese, and slaw. It’s an absolute mess of tasty joy! Oh, and the fries are tasty as well, with an excellent portion for the price. Will have to go back and try the chicken, but for a good old fashion chili dog, give em a try!

Today, as always, the food was excellent—fried chicken was hot and delicious, baked beans were steaming, and the coleslaw was great! The place was packed, but we had our food within minutes of ordering. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually review restaurants however, The Barn is exceptionally good and deserves all the praise. The food is delicious and made with care. The staff and owner are warm, welcoming and kind. My family and I love the food and can’t stop talking about how wonderful it is everytime we eat there. I especially love getting to support this bussiness and will continue to do so!

Heard this place had good fried chicken and sides so i gave it a try but it was mediocre at best! Ordered a 8 piece with three sides, the chicken was dry and had absolutely no seasoning and ive never seen legs and wings so small they were all bone, the mashed potatoes are nothing but instant potatoes with way too much black pepper and the gravy was powdered instant gravy neither were good, the mac and cheese was dry and not very cheesey and just like the mashed potatoes all you tasted was black pepper, I will say the coleslaw had good flavor but was soupy. I give them two stars cause the service was fast and friendly but their food is way overrated!
