I’m shocked this place hasn’t been shut down by the health department it’s absolutely filthy. The few times I have been forced to go in there half the time some of the machines are not working. It’s such a shame because it’s a nice Plaza and it’s a newer store and it’s just absolute trash. There’s clearly know management and never anyone in charge.

Unfortunately no-one cares at this Dunkin. Your order is wrong..oh well. The delivery you received is incorrect, who cares.(apparently no-one at this Dunkin) I can’t tell you how many times they get our order wrong. Then we try to call to get a replacement-but the phone goes to VM. Unbelievable!!

If I could leave 0 starts I would. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life especially in a customer service scenario. I placed a mobile order so that I could quickly pick up my order on my way to work. My drink was made but my food wasn’t. The gentleman (if you can even call him that) offered me a dozen doughnuts instead of the avocado toast that I wanted and already paid for. I told him that I don’t like donuts that I really wanted the avocado toast. He told me I’d have to wait for him to turn on the oven. I told him I wouldn’t have time to wait. That’s when he snapped. “He yelled it’ll only take 2-5min.” I told him that i would prefer a refund. He said he didn’t know know how to do a refund. I asked for a manager and there was no response. His body language, tone, everything about the way he responded was disrespectful. He said “oh she wants a refund and jerked the computer screen violently.” At that point I knew I was wasting my time even trying and left. I honestly didn’t feel safe in his presence. I will never return to this DD.

The DD in Jupiter Florida on 706 heading East towards Military Trail, is fantastic! We were there at 6:30 am because my fiance had a biopsy at Jupiter Medical Center. The girls were so lively and right on point. They were quick and efficient. Very friendly as well. We even went back to have our lunch after the procedure. Good job girls. Kudos!

I stopped in for munchkins and an ice coffee. There were two young men working . I waited a while because there was a man in front of me taking his time asking many questions. I didn’t get any munchkins as they were out. I ended up with a sourdough donut which was delicious. The two staff were nice, but slow and there wasn’t much to select from.

My family loves Dunkin Donuts and every Sunday we order our coffees and grab a bite to go. My husband stopped going to the store near us because he said the service was poor. Today I decided to order in the app and go to that store. I got there about 15 -20 mins later and my coffees were ready, but not the donuts, so I told the gentleman there and he told me to go to cash register to ask for it. It was a little annoyed, but I kept my cool and waited in line. The manager ask me what I needed and I told him, well the same gentleman comes rushing and with an attitude and ask what I needed. I told him, he got my order and I left. When I got home and open our coffees ALL 3 coffees where almost half of the cup! Really!!!??? What the Heck is going on??!! If you offer a service and a product, please make sure to deliver to the best. I will go to the other store from now on.

The worst coffee I’ve ever had in a coffee shop in my entire freaking life. Worse than decaf. Do not ever go here, just go anywhere else. The employees weren’t that professional to some customers. There were a few bums hanging out as well, not that they bothered people that I saw, but come on lets not be the homeless shelter of coffee shops please.

Stopped by on our way, just passing through. 2 starts because the coffee was good. Men’s restroom was DISGUSTING… sink was grey so no one’s cleaned it in WEEKS and there’s hard water build up. Limeaway or CLR will clean that right up. I had to scrub out the toilet before doing my business. Employees definitely need training – it’s a nice sized restroom, easy to clean.

Could be a really great experience and I would come every day but the people outside of the store harassing people to donate to them ruin it. I’ve already donated to the cause so when I say no thank you that means no but I guess some people don’t understand that.
