I don’t normally complain, especially because I’m also a service worker but this was just downright unacceptable. I got a #3 with a sweet tea and tots, a popcorn chicken a chocolate shake and mozzarella sticks. First they brought me my drinks and just a burger. The shake was the wrong one and he burger wasn’t made right. Didn’t get any of my sides until after telling them I didn’t get it, they asked me if I was sure and I was like I haven’t left this spot since you gave it to me 10 minutes ago, I was waiting to see if the rest came out. So burger was wrong, drink was a coke, wrong shake, and no sides. Wasn’t busy or anything. Just a slow 7 o’clock night for them and they couldn’t get it right. Didn’t even want to bother to go back for a refund cause it would have been a waste of my time.

Absolute trash. I have not once had my order correct at this location. From mixing up drinks, forgetting items, to getting the opposite toppings. Then todays pleasure, a child’s burger with nothing on it instead of the 1/4 lb double cheese burger I ordered. How do you even mix that up?

Waited 30 minutes and food never came out so I left. There was something wrong with ordering system so my order was taken by hand and I was not charged, so no biggie, just time lost. Maybe they should close temporarily or just operate drive through till things are sorted, they may just be short staffed.

Do not go here. It’s bad. Like middle of nowhere screw you, your kids, your wife, and dog, bad service. The management is horrible, the staff is clueless. They close earlier than the listed hours. And the food, let’s not get started on. Shame on you Sonic for not being on top of your establishments and letting this be pushed under the rug for so long. Shame on you. Two thumbs down!!!!!! The food is so bad I am literally going to cancel the transaction from my bank. No cheese on a cheese burger, no cheese on chilly cheese fries, come on now. No receipt. Fast food shouldn’t take 30 minutes and trash shouldn’t take but a second and cost 12 dollars a meal!!!!!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled to do so tonight.. The Sonic App had issues with my order and went to the store to address. Order was handled but not right. Got home and not happy. Went back and Haley handled the issue super fast and with a smile. Hey we all make mistakes. Owning up to it and taking care or the customer is paramount. Will be back.

Love this sonic so much!! I’ve been to the one in lavon more then once and waited SO long for just my drink it was ridiculous! However this sonic has an amazing crew and panda is always so sweet and even when she’s running around with a bunch of orders she takes the time to build a relationship with every costumer she talks to!
