I’ve eaten from here many times back when they participated in DoorDash. They are no longer on DoorDash, so I didn’t eat here again for a long time. Today, however, I ate here and it’s just as good as I remember it! The man made our food right in front of us just after we ordered. I personally give zero cares about what the negative reviews say because I’ve eaten from here many times and never once had a problem. The portions are big and satisfying to the eye. Yes, the prices change with inflation, just as ALL OTHER BUSINESSES do. Regardless, it is still far more affordable to eat here than anywhere else. My husband and I paid $20 and some change for both of our meals today, and that included the extra item we ordered. I will start eating here more often again! Support local businesses!

Online the hours say from 12pm – 8pm on a Saturday. I called to place an order at 7:00pm… there was no answer. I went up there and was up there by 7:15pm.. they where closed. Unreliable hours of operation. Only lucky if they decide to be open. WHO closes a restaurant at 7:00pm on a Saturday night …? I’m done with places like this. I’ll give my business to places that first of all stay open in they’re listed hours and second of all that stay open past sunset… lol.

First time getting carry out from here. Decided to do business with them based on the reviews. We were impressed. We had their lunch specials and egg drop soup with extra egg rolls. The food was great! I love the moo goo gai pan. We’ll be eating from here again.

I use to eat food there until I saw cats running in and out the back door of the restaurant. The back door is in the kitchen. Each time I’ve gotten chips or snacks, they were 1 month to 9 months past the expiration date. I have told the male owner and female. They just said “ok”. The food tastes good from there but their practices make me not want to eat there. Makes me think they might be serving old or expired food from the kitchen too.

I’ve been eating here for at least 8 years (maybe more). They never get my order wrong and the food is yummy. I’ve eaten at Chinese restaurants in Gadsden and none of them compare to Lucky Wok!!!!! They are family oriented, ALWAYS pleasant and they give free donuts if you spend enough money. I usually eat the donuts with coffee in the morning. I hope they never leave because that will be the end of Chinese food for me. Egg drop soup, sweet and sour soup, wonton soup always fresh and delicious and great when your sick with a cold. The best egg foo young you ever will taste. I love this restaurant!!!!!

If you live within the city limits of Attalla or Rainbow City, Lucky Wok should be your number one choice for Chinese takeout. The ingredients used in the majority of their dishes are well seasoned and delicious. Their portions are huge even when you order from the lunch menu. I recommend this spot to anyone traveling through or living within the area.

Came in after closing time and didn’t realize it. They still took my order with a smile and assured me it wasn’t an issue. Then someone came in 10 minutes later and they treated them the same. The family likes their food and you couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Staff are friendly and food is ok for Chinese fast food but food quality was much better when the prior family operated it. Often unreliable hours of operation though. Its good for most people because they don’t know what good quality Chinese food really is..
