I stopped to get ice cream for both my wife’s mom and my mom. They have very good soft serve ice cream. Service is faster in Princeton,Indiana than other DQ’s. Some of the food is good while some not so great. Over all I would recommend going there. Absolutely go for ice cream.

Rude service. Took about 15 minutes for our food. All you hear is the employees yelling and cussing while the door is open and you can hear them while you’re trying to eat your food. Yelling to the other employees tell them we’re out of everything and let’s just all go home and they all just laughing at it. Haven’t been in awhile and don’t see my self coming back anytime soon. Very disappointed how DQ has gone down hill.

Paid $10.58 for 2 Medium Blizzards. Waited a very very long time at the window. They didn’t dare turn them over as they would’ve plopped out on the ground. Barely any Heathbar. Just tell me machine not working properly. Then I can decide credit or mushy ice cream.

The floor was dirty. And sticky. Looked like it hadn’t been mopped in days. Had black dirt on it. The bathroom needed attention. The windows were dirty. Looked like some child had ran amuck and smeared them. The food was good, service was good.

I recommend not visiting this place! Very poor plus rude workers just sitting around talking with 7 cars in drive thru and multiple people inside. Finally got food after waiting 28 minutes and hot food was cold. This place needs to retrain their workers. Please don’t waste your time and money there. Not worth it!
