This isn’t an amazing restaurant, but at less than $9 for a buffet and drink, it may be the best deal in the area, so it’s earned the 5 stars I’m giving it.

Very small selection of food, but what they have is very good. Price is very reasonable, less than fast food. Not much service, but it IS a Buffett. I’d come back.

Good food (especially the Chinese sugar bread!) and kind servers. Even though it doesn’t have a huge selection of food, what they have is very good. The General Tso chicken is fantastic, as is the chow mein. Even the mixed vegetable rice is better than anything I’ve found at other Chinese buffets in the area. As stated above, the sugar bread is perfection, and I wish I could have it in my cupboard at all times! I usually order just a meal and water, and it has never come to more than $8 exactly. The precise price makes it easy to pay, and it’s a good place to take someone on a date. It’s quiet and usually doesn’t have that many people, something I enjoy in a restaurant. The staff are nice and the food is great, especially for the price. I’ll be returning again and again and again.

The staff here is wonderful, they went out of the way to make sure there was plenty of fresh food available for our family. The food is very good, it is of higher quality than the other Chinese buffets in St. Cloud. I chose 4 stars only due to lower selection. They have been paying attention to reviews, there is washable plates and silverware. Will be returning for sure.

I can get two meals worth of food in a to go tin here for around $7, which is great for before work (and honestly any other time. Leftover dumplings and rice is good for any occasion) Plus the food is delicious, and always fresh- what it lacks in selection it more than makes up for in quality. At Fu is definitely one of my new favorite restaurants.

First off food was very fresh but now I will get into the cons. I was expecting something along the line of the place that was previous but nothing like it. Not very many options to eat. I didn’t really like it personally but the things that really got me was what they used for glasses, silverware, and plates. I would have gotten take out from somewhere else if I would have known. It was also really dark and someone was hacking super loud in the back the whole time we were eating. It was making me feel sick.

Fantastic food, great ambiance. The music is very relaxing. Everything China star buffet has, yet the servers add even more. We had servers come to us where we were seated as well as when we dished up asking if we were satisfied. This is something we didn’t have at China star buffet. The service is spectacular! I think this establishment is deserving of every seat that is filled. Definitely support at fu!

Quite possibly the most engaging experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The family was very nice and accommodating. The oldest one, Owen, offered to play a video game with him on his school laptop. We had fun and I stayed for an hour and a half. I had two minor problems though; my food was never brought to me and the language barrier was a slight issue. When I asked where my food was they pointed and kept saying ‘buffet’. I believe this is chinese for ‘wait, White boy’ but I’m not totally sure. These are irrelevant though, compared to the service. 5 stars out of 5!

This place had me very conflicted. I used to love going to the Great Dragon Buffet that used to be here and I saw the few good reviews and decided to try it. Pros: my bill was $9.00 with drink. The food was surprisingly great tasting. (You’ll understand why it was a surprise in the Cons section) the woman who greeted me, took my money and said goodbye to me was very pleasant. It wasn’t crowded for being 6:30-7:00 dinner range like I thought it would be. Now the Cons: the AT FU sign is seriously and literally leftover letters from the Great and Buffet letters from the previous restaurant lol. Styrofoam plates and glasses. Plastic utensils. (Saves overhead on dishwashing I guess?) No wait staff so everything is self serve (I know boohoo) including napkins, those plastic utensils and digging in bulk boxes to find your soy sauce, duck sauce, hot sauce etc. No ambiance whatsoever, nothing on the walls and no music (which technically could be in the pro column for some I’m sure lol). None of the food was marked to know what it was. (Most of it was easily recognizable as the regular staples of a chinese food place, but it still bugged me and made me think of people with food allergies). I honestly felt like I was in a cross between either a soup kitchen or a backyard cookout being catered by a really good chinese restaurant. To be bluntly honest, if you’re looking for great tasting food, go there. If you desire atmosphere and the whole regular chinese buffet experience, steer clear.

I used to go here. Then there were plenty of options the…but now they are severely limited in options and have no real dishes to eat off of….and worst of all they rely on STRYOFOAM and PLASTIC. Ugh.
