I asked for a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe which menu said it had crispy pickles, lettuce and tomatoes and received a Jr.Cheeseburger. the meat on the burger tasted like it had been heated and reheated as it was very tough. But to top it all off, my bill was $7.27 and the employee gave me $12.00 change. I asked him where was the rest of my change. His response was it’s only .73 cents. I took the change back and gave him a $1.00 tip. (silly me) Hopefully he’ll learn that being honest is best.

In spite of the understanding that this may be a summer activity for children who have just finished school for a summer activity, there appears to be a lack of customer service training in stall 8 on 27-May-2023 11:40:51, and there is no sign of any training in customer service. As an old-fashioned person myself, I think it is important to speak to someone when you give them your meal, and not just place it in their hand and say “Goodbye.”

This Sonic usually is ok whenever we go. But it was early in the day2:30-3:00 not busy at all from the looks of the parking lot. Soooo why this burnt pretzel like over greasy churros we’re given to me like this is questionable. They were like bullets!! Whoever prepared them had to know this wasn’t the right thing to do.
