Ordered fill up box with original coating. Received 3 original and one crispy. Was to include 4 sauces. There were none in the box. Box was not as appeared on the site. Everything was jumbled together. When I called for the sauces was told I could come and pick them up. I ordered delivery but am supposed to come to get the sauces?? When I reported it to door dash was first told they could redeliver then was told no redelivery was possible. Door dash said they would give me a partial refund. KFC had poor customer service and they obviously do not check the orders before going out the door

I did a side-by-side comparison with the Popeyes chicken sandwich and the KFC chicken sandwich. They are so close in quality and taste that I have to say I’m pleased that KFC has come out with this chicken sandwich. Two thumbs up!

Today they got the order right. KFC might need help with people I was waiting in the drive thru and the person in front was waiting for someone to take her order, it took about 7minutes for someone to respond. Ordered the fries and it’s bomb! Large fries is the way to go!

I ordered a 12 piece meal original with the 3 large sides. I ordered 1 mash potato with gravy, 1 mac and cheese and 1 Cole slaw. Honestly most of the time I have faith in people to listen and make my order right and Shaquan you messed up. He ordered me 2 large mash with gravy and 1 large mac and cheese. Needless to say I got no gravy and no Cole slaw and never told me he substituted it. Listen to your customers and get it right and if not ask if they would like a substitute.
