This is the second time That I have ordered a frozen Carmel coffee and have only taken two sips out of because it tasted so sour and rancid and have been extremely sick from. I knew it was bad from the start because of how sour it tasted. As someone who has worked in food services for seven years I would recommend dating your products because There is absolutely no doubt that one of those ingredients was extremely rancid. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but that is something that could be easily prevented and should not be over looked. I had to leave work early today because I feel so sick from that coffee.

They are usually wonderful. On Mother’s Day, they posted a sign saying Closed from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. I ordered online at 3 p.m. paid in the app, arrived at approximately 3:10 p.m. and they were closed. Had to drive across town!

I love the food at dunkin donuts- if/when they get my order right! Im addicted to the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich, and go to dunkin donuts a lot(The northside AND southside one) but I almost NEVER get what I ask for, or if I do, it’s not cooked all the way!(came home yesterday and before i could eat, had to take it all apart and cook it…the bacon was nearly raw!) I dont know what the problem is, but its a few dollars per sandwich, so it’s too much for them to mess up EVERY TIME, or leave your sandwich out completely… Im absolutely NOT EXAGGERATING at all… I literally have my order written down on a piece of paper and give it to the cashier to make it easier for them ring it up… AND I go inside to order, instead of the drive-thru, to do it face to face…

I asked for crispy bacon on my both my wraps and got “BLACK” BURNT bacon on BOTH, they should be ashamed of themselves, I know they saw that bacon was black & burnt and should have just made some more. I’m sure they wouldn’t want nobody to serve them burnt food! And it was only 4 hash rounds in the package I ordered

Every time I order an iced signature latte they never put whipped cream on it. The whipped cream costs extra and I’m always disappointed in this store /: plus “less ice” is never less ice. The coffee tastes good but you don’t really ever get what you order here.
