My wife and I really enjoyed this place. IMO, you get downtown restaurant quality or even better with a better price. The servers are very attentive and the drinks are really good. The atmosphere is really nice and is a good setup to listen to the background music but have a conversation.

My friend and I went to Oak 36 for the Happy Hour specials and it was such a great atmosphere! The food was absolutely delicious and I even got my non-vegetable eating friend to try and love the Brussels sprouts appetizer!! Our server Madison rocked. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive. She went above and beyond to take excellent care of us. Oak 36 also has the best brunch in all if Savannah. Go check out this local eatery asap.

It was our first time there so I was curious as to what I was about to taste. I’m a pescatarian and the only fish they had was a cold salmon that was served nearly raw per the server. I skipped on the “sushi” I decided on the French toast that was thick like Texas toast covered in oats with some type of strawberry or fruit puree’d almost. I hate strawberries by the way. So I scraped it off. I’m not a person that sends food back or complains. They tasted good and felt good in my mouth, (I got a thing with textures in my mouth) nice and fluffy☺️. I ordered the appetizer thai shrimp as my meat. They were large and awesome. A bit on the spicy side as well. My husband ordered something that looked like steak Benedict with pesto…I don’t know what it was… that’s what it looked like. He didn’t like it. He ate it all though. Sorry about the pics..I forgot to take pics before I began eating. They have a full bar, nice decor and vibe and great service. I will definitely be back.

Came in on a weekday & had a great experience! Our waiter Evan was so personable and helpful with ordering from the menu & more! The menu had gluten-free friendly options ( maybe add one more for happy hour!) and the Mexi-Cali wings were absolutely delicious. A great vibe to relax and enjoy friends after work.

This was my first visit to oak 36. I had the 12 oz porterhouse with house salad and mashed potatoes and my date had the rack of barbecued ribs with the mac and cheese, both were specials that night.

Good local spot, everything they make is from scratch (if possible). Their margerita was good, and the cut of the day was Ribeye, not my personal favorite but this was probably the best ribeye I’ve ever had.

OAK 36 is a beautiful restaurant with a very polite and efficient wait staff. The food is mixed. My appetizer was very good while my entree was just ok. I had a martini which was poured nicely. Overall I did find dinner for one a bit expensive.

I’ve eaten here at least 20 times – we’ve been here before the fire and many times after. The quality of the food has vastly improved! But I’m genuinely sad that they don’t have lemon pepper wings anymore and the chicken and waffles! All of the menus have gotten better over time and service is always excellent – my husband and I love to sit at the bar for brunch and to watch games. Please bring the lemon pepper wings back? Please? Chicken & waffles?? Anyway, it’s great to see the quality of a restaurant go up and not down.

As I approached Oak 36SAV, the vibrant energy of the restaurant was apparent from the very first glance. Stepping in from the parking lot, I was immediately transported from the shopping center into a contemporary, casual ambiance that was both inviting and refreshing. At the entrance, a cheerful male host greeted me with a warm smile and quickly led me to my table. Despite arriving a bit early for my reservation, the staff was more than accommodating, offering me a space to work and even seating me around a plug for my device.

My Mother-in-Love and I popped in for a quick lunch and we were pleasantly surprised. The ambience is so warm and welcoming and the staff are breaths of fresh air. Dani and Destiny made us feel right at home. The food was so tasty, well crafted and creatively presented. We’re going back for brunch!!!
