Heard this restaurant was good so I checked it out. Traditional Mexican food, traditional vibe and reasonable prices. The employees were great. Friendly and fun. Not to mention fast. We went during a busy Friday night, ordered and received our food less than 10 minutes later. The Cadillac Margerita was really good and strong enough. The Carne Asada meat portion was generous and flavorful.

Our dinner here was to celebrate our birthdays. The atmosphere was perfect. The host was gracious when we asked for a large table away from the other tables. The server was delightful and engaging. He made sure our order was exactly correct before submitting it. He prepared our guacamole dip at our table to our liking. Our meals were delicious and large enough that we could have split one dinner between us.

My Dad & I stopped here at Casa Colima because our normal Mexican place was closed due to the high heat we have been experiencing. Well boy were we surprised with delight at this gem. Even thou the AC wasn’t working we had a lovely lunch! The staff was kind, attentive and very patient. Food was delicious and portions were spot on. The chips & salsa were THE BEST thou I mean this is where I can be ultra particular but man they did not disappoint….I will definitely be going back and they won my Dads approval as well.
