My wife just went in today 3/12/2023, the lady at the drive through took her card and added on a $2 dollar tip without asking my wife if it was ok, we also did not receive a receipt or anything else. Now Normally i am ok with leaving tips and we do at this place all the time if it is up to us to decide, i do not like people just taking tips especially if they are rude. we will not be going here again for a while. The Receipt would be nice, we where told $21.56 through the window but my bank is showing $23.56.

Recently, I have been taking friends here and there’s a guy there that is rude. I asked him what kind of ice cream they had and was answered bluntly. Not only that I set up a rewards with a lady there and I have to remind him of my phone number these last two times. However, I will say the ice cream was great and so was the brownie sundae thing I got. Customer service by MOSTLY everyone else was also great after that

A friend took us out for coffee & the young fella that took our order did not ask or take our friend’s phone #. We know that your point system ( towards a free drink) is linked to a phone #. The customer that came after us had the same experience. Maybe this fella is new & needs a bit more training or guidance. Would you please remind him to ask for a phone # when taking orders? We all enjoyed our beverages.
