Service was horrible. Ordered 2 pepperoni slices and after 45min and 3 reminders they still forgot my order. The cook had attitude in the back when questioned about the food. The cashier seemed not to care when I kept asking about my food. Seems to be a lot better when the owner is at the location vs not at the location.

Very disappointed with the quality of the pizza. The guy who took the order was very pleasant, but $50 for less than mediocre pizza is ridiculous. The quality has definitely gone down since I’ve eaten here over a year ago.

I have been an Italian pie loyalist since the owner opened in Lawrenceville. The owner needs to spend some time at this location at Webb Gin as the quality has gone downhill. Crust is not good, toppings not fresh etc. ordered a margarita pizza and the mozzarella was not premium and way too much basil. Couldn’t eat it after 2 bites. It was late that night. I called the next day and they wouldn’t swap the pizza or even offer a discount? Too many pizza places around here so sadly I’m saying goodbye to Italian Pie.

The heavy set guy that runs the front has a horrible attitude. Right after I finished eating I see a roach I truly love Italian pie, but this location, I could never return to. Everything is so secretive with a curtain that separates the front from the back. The other locations, I haven’t seen the curtain situation. I won’t go back to this location. The heavy set guy definitely needs customer service training as well. He’s so rude
