I’m very confused about the positive reviews. First of all the place is absolutely disgusting, flies everywhere, sticky floors, gross. The food is definitely NOT homemade probably very processed. I took a few bites of vegetables and just paid and left. The two ladies that were working there were pleasant that’s about it. Feel bad if you think this is good food

1 of the best old home cooking buffets I have ever had. Crunchy cornbread close to what my momma used to make. Crunchy fried chicken, beef stew and gravy to die for. And for desert, I am not big on coconut… But their coconut pie is some of the best I have ever had. A Jewell that has mastered a dying art of ole southern home cooking.

Going anywhere near this town, you have to eat here. Ih my goodness it is the best place you will ever have a sample of everything southern in one buffet. The choices are endless and the price is unbelievable. Lots of Love in the dishes. It’s better than the Blue willow to me, because you don’t feel like taking a nap afterwards. It has healthy choices recipes 150 yrs old.

Was ok. Not much salt in the veggies and some seemed to come from a can. The mac and cheese and new potatoes were ok. The fried chicken was good. The baked chicken thigh was ok the breast was really dry. The banana pudding was really good. Service and checkout ladies were great.

The Country Buffet has very good food. I wish that they would stay opened at least until 5pm on Sundays. Our church ends around 2pm, and most days I’m not able to get to the restaurant before Sunday school, and can’t get back to Sanders I’ll before church ends.

Good, home cooked food at a great price! No menu items, but a good selection of buffet items. I do with the salad bar was stocked with more things, but overall a good place to eat. Service is great here also!
