Went there with some out of town guest and was totally embarrassed by the entire experience. First, we went inside to take a rest from walking, and get something cold to drink. When ordering, I had to repeat the clearly articulated oder three times, because the “girl” taking our order wasn’t paying attention. Then, when see placed our poorly made (didn’t taste good at all) order on the counter, because there was only on straw in the straw container, and we ordered three drinks, I asked her if she would please get me two more straws. Her response was to point in the direction of another part of the establishment… without saying a word. So I asked again, only to have her point again… so I went searching for a straw, which I eventually found in the middle of the store.

This place literally doesn’t have anything that they advertise. They are currently advertising the birthday cake but the don’t have any syrup. Last week we went to get beignets and they had none. And don’t order on the mobile app because every single time we get there our order isn’t made because they didn’t have anything that they advertise on the mobile app I have been going there since they opened but they always disappoint. Coffee culture and mockingbirds which is down the street is the best options

Terrible service. Slow with bad attitude. No apologies. Can’t even say it’s a good cup of coffee. I live in New Orleans so I know PJs can do better than this. Next time I want coffee in MS it will be from somewhere else.
