This place is not worth anyone’s time or money. I ordered a Spud Max along with 2 kids meals and it took over 40 minutes for the order to be completed correctly. Both times they brought out my food I had to send it back for it not being right. There was employees standing around not doing anything while me and several other waiting over 30 minutes for our food that was not made right. Each time they would send an order out it would come back. The phone was ringing off the hook while the employees argued about who is going to answer the phone and deal with the refund. The manager there said take their name and number and that’s all he could do. The service was horrible and they had half the store closed off with chairs I’m guessing so it was less to clean. Overall it was an horrendous experience. Don’t waste your money or time coming here. Go to McDonald’s it’s probably better and the you will get it faster. Horrible never again.

I typically order via GrubHub, but had some summer interns this year that I wanted to take to lunch, and McAlister’s was the place of choice. Apparently the male interns had been visiting quite often. It was a very clean restaurant, nice employees and the food was just as good as it is every time I order it, I just had the experience of having them plate it and bring it to my table this time. And I ran into a friend’s mom that I had not seen in months and got a chance to get one of her signature hugs. If good people like that love the place, it’s definitely another good reason to come back.

Although the sandwich I had was pretty good, the quality of the lettuce that is provided as part of the salad was not acceptable. Having completely spoiled and / or rotting lettuce mixed in the salad can result in people getting very sick. Now if this were a one time thing, I might have been understanding to this being a simple mixup. This has happened the last 2 times I have also been here over the span of the past 2 months. I have no idea how this continues to pass health And safety inspections. Until they start following proper procedures for maintaining leaf greens, I cannot recommend anyone to eat at this location in an effort to protect the health of the general public.

We like this location because of the tasty food and decent portion size, even for the pick 2. Well today changed that. The portion sizes shrunk immensely and what was provided was embarrassing. I ordered to go and after I picked it up at the counter I thought the bag felt light. Went back in and let them know they forgot a bowl of soup and all the dressings for the salads. An employee said she just made it but it clearly was forgotten. We won’t be eating at this location for some time. Hopefully it gets better but it was ridiculous for the price we pay. The pictures say it all. The salads were tasteless and that is usually not the case. The employees weren’t bothered by the fact that they actually had to work and that the order was wrong.

Anytime I order delivery it is NEVER and I mean NEVER correct. Then when I try to call the store about the issue they NEVER answer the phone to possibly correct things! Their service keeps getting worse and worse at both locations I go to.

Employees are rude and careless, very unprofessional. After 20 minutes of waiting for our food which two customers behind us got before, they came out and asked if we could take our food to go because they were closing soon. Then came back and said our order was done they were just waiting for one more potato aka not done. Forgot one of the sauces for our sandwich claiming they were busy (we were the only ones there by this point). To top it off we almost slipped on their floor they had just mopped, of course no wet floor sign in sight. I’m sure mangers never see or read these anyway but on the off chance you do, I’d love to talk.

The chicken salad on croissant was delish but way too little of it and way too much spring salad greens. I had to check to make sure there was chicken in there!! Other than that, the croissant was perfect, the potato salad very good. Service was good and it was a great place to sit and visit after lunch.

Went to pick up my French dip today and got back to work and there was no au jus. This is my second time going to this location and it’s always chaotic. Too many kids having side conversations and not paying attention to detail. For $16 I should have had au just. When I called the location to make them aware Chris put me on hold and never returned to the call. I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered a BLT and Avacado, no mayo. Got burnt bacon bits, there’s clearly mayo on it and no avacado. I tossed this in the trash, because it was so inedible. This place ALWAYS has issues, when I order, but I chalk it up to ticket reading. However, I’m done ordering from here, it’s by far the worst McAlisters I’ve ever dealt with.

The salad was decent but there was not a lot of care given to the way the sandwiches were made in general. I discovered wax paper still on the cheese of my sandwich and the ingredients were also disproportionate and distributed unevenly.
