I went to the restaurant a month ago to order my food and the manager.was Touching the doors with the same gloves she went to work on my food. Then she started talking over the food and spit came out of her mouth. Then today I was ordering and ask can someone else make my food She’s the manager started yelling at me and I have not had good service with her. Anyone working with the public has to be prepared to deal with different types of customers I never disrespect her just ask for someone else to make my food and I am a regular customer I eat there at 2 to 3 times a week. A frequent patron of this restaurant in Peachtree City, Fayetteville and Newnan. Was excited that Pita was coming to Fairburn 2 minutes from my house. After several visits, I will continue to drive 20 minutes to PTC to get my food. The Fairburn location is staffed with ghetto teens who can’t work the register, horrible customer service, and are a disaster in the kitchen. My food is never prepared accurately as it is at every other location I’ve visited. My pitas never have the pickled veggie topping, fries always cold and undercooked. Fish pita always hard and dry. Very disappointed. GEt better staff or you won’t last long.

Beyond disappointed. I was excited to see this new location in Fairburn, as I’ve always traveled to the one downtown or Newnan. As a frequent customer of the other locations, my expectations and standards were set. I placed the order online just to arrive, and the staff obnoxiously tells me that they don’t have my order; so I had to, of course, show them the emailed confirmation receipt. Once I received the food, I almost didn’t recognize what it was. It looked nothing like my usual order yet alone nowhere near the the picture on the menu of what it was supposed to look like. I asked where the tomatoes were, he said they were out. A new business, at 12pm is already out of essentials?? I barely received a piece of onion or sauce. I wish I could attach the picture.

I am a frequent customer to the Pita in other locations who get my five stars, but these guys don’t I am afraid. After waiting 15 minutes for the food to be prepared, you would expect it to be hot, but the food was barely warm. Come on guys, it’s great food, so don’t let us down with poor service.

They just opened but service took too long for me.. I’m normally patient but i had to get a refund a couple of weeks ago…25 minutes was waaaay too long for me at the time for a chicken pita. I will give them another try and rate them accordingly…
