Literally every time we come to this Dairy Queen the ice cream machine is “down”. We’ve only been able to actually get our order one time. This has been several times over the past few months. I’m convinced they cleaned the machines early and just don’t want to do the extra work.

IF ZERO STARS WERE A THING THEY WOULD GET IT! I’ve never been to a terrible DQ! This place is trash it’s a 40 minute wait just for them to have you pull up and wait another 40 minutes!!! TERRIBLE!! And then you pay $40 for chicken stips and fries but their slushy machines is broke!!!! TRASH!!

The horror stories are true. We went to get blizzards. Drive-thru line was crazy long so we went in. There were only 3 employees working, but 2 of them were adults so not a teenager problem. The poor couple in front of us waited for almost 10 minutes just to order and were told they were out of bananas. Our order went smoothly. We waited for ~15 minutes to get our blizzards. That 15 minutes was filled with lots of huffing and puffing by the employees and just overall chaos. This store might be the worst managed restaurant on the planet. By the time we left the indoor line was almost out the door and the drive thru line was just as long. Only eat here if you really need to test your patience.

Seriously the worst drive through experience ever! I feel waiting over 40 minutes for 3 blizzards is a bit ridiculous. Once your in the line you can’t leave because of the installed curbs unless you want to potentially damage your low profile car. Horrible service. I will never be back. DQ Headquarters and franchise owner should be embarrassed.

Wish I’d seen these reviews before taking my family here obviously always short staffed, actually closed the lobby though you had to walk up to the door, struggle to wonder why it didn’t open then realize it was locked. They couldn’t even take a few minutes to post a sign on the door so you could see from the handicapped parking that you should get all the kids out of their car seats and hobble up there in 90 degree heat. Then the drive speaker is so bad you can’t hear them and even my perfect hearing sister couldn’t understand them. The ice cream was good but with a car full of kids I would have preferred going inside. The girl was friendly but it’s a shame this place doesn’t care enough to keep it staffed properly (maybe pay better) or improve their speaker, or how about just take a few minutes to post a note on your locked door. Overall a very disappointing experience.

The poor workers were doing their best. Only 2 employees during rush hour after school. Cars lined to the road and people lined inside to the door. Food quality poor and my order was incorrect. Took over 30 minutes just to get food.

I have come to a quick dessert and twice within 3 weeks on a Sunday night it has taken over 25 minutes to get through the drive through line. Perhaps they need to either close at 6pm or hire more staff and pay $$$… it takes me 5 minutes at Culver’s down the road

The woman kept interrupting me when I was trying to take my order and was also rushing me at the same time at the window nobody came over to say anything to me the entire time they was cooking my order I needed to add a onion ring to my order I forgot because she was rushing me but nobody ever came to the window for me to tell them then I seen her pull my french fries and chicken strips from a bucket they was not cooked fresh my fries was actually cold then when I get my milk shakes they are almost already melted I asked the girl don’t they come with whip cream she looked at me like I was crazy and then said oh do you want white cream I said well does it come with the milkshake she says well yeah I said well then yeah I would like it she tries to take the food back which everyone knows you’re not allowed to take food back through the window to put it on my milkshake that she’s already made me that’s already melted I drove across town for this meal I’m mad The manager was not doing their job. I’m going to Culver’s next time!
