My first time going to any DQ I would rate it a 0 star my burger had a very weird smell an the taste made me sick I could not eat it I don’t know if it was old or what. If I knew what human meat tasted like I would say that is what it smelled and tasted like also the employees were rude, cussing and talking about other customers loud the experience was terrible would not recommend an will never return.!

If 0 stars were an option I would choose that. The employees were behaving very unprofessional and immature, running around inside and outside the building pouring ice water on other employees. My ice cream was served half melted and unfinished. It was not fully blended, it was mostly just vanilla ice cream. We sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes. All in all extremely disappointed in all of our orders.

This is the worst dairy queen I’ve ever been too. 2 blizzards and a chocolate dip cone was melted when we got to the window. Had them remake one of them and all they did was reblend the blizzard. They are to worried about talking to the customers in the lobby and cussing like no tomorrow. Will not be back to this establishment ever again.

Very friendly workers. Definitely in need of a remodel. Speaker at drive thru seems dated. Blizzards aren’t as frozen as other DQs… they tend to be more melted. Only return when I don’t feel like driving to Crowley or Opelousas.
