The last few times I’ve ordered from here they haven’t been able to get anything right. Ordered for deliver a while ago. Was over 2 hours late and then everything we ordered wasn’t there. Was told I would get a credit for it being late and then a refund for nothing being correct (never got either of those) then today decided we would try again but this time to pick it up. Pizza was still wrong/didn’t have the correct toppings and the lady working said she makes great pizzas and doesn’t mess up but she can just send us home with the toppings instead. Not worth the hassle anymore

Wife loves pizza hut and their bread sticks. This one in Danville has had their ice machine out of order and no fountain drinks for the last 3 weeks with no promise of fixing it. The pizza hut in Plainfield and Mooresville have no dine in services when we come in the afternoon. One star rating for them.

I had great pizza. It was a very strange experience though. You order at the counter when you first walk in, they only serve bottled pop, and your pizza is served to you in a carry out box with paper plates. It wasn’t clear to me if these were measures left over from the pandemic or due to a shortage of staff. Very strange though.

The new manager is trying to bring it back. Pizza has always been hot. We are in and it was just strange, only bottled drinks, no trays, pizza and breadsticks brought out in boxes.
