They have a wide variety of flavors and types of drinks. All the staff I’ve met with are very friendly. The menu in store can be a little overwhelming, but you can look up what flavor is in each item online. So far, I’ve had Fit Queen, Spark and a Chocolate Banana Shake. Fit Queen is my favorite and has an actual sour apple taste, not too sweet. Their teas also come with a cute line written on it.

My favorite go to spot on Saturdays for my Healthy shake and tea combo! It’s been a lifesaver for me!! My favorite shakes are anything with Marshmallow or Banana! Super delicious and healthy! They make their shakes dairy free and have options for everyone’s diet Love you guys!!!

Went and tried it out after finding it on google. When I got there they made me fill out a form with all my information. Name, phone number, email address. Which I thought was weird for ordering a drink. Then when I realized what they were making in the back it was all Herba life products. Powders to be exact. Then once I got my drink it tasted really chalky and not what I had imagined. I’m now wondering if they take every ones info to open up accounts for their multi level / pyramid schemes.

Flavors are on point. There’s no lack there, they handle rushes really well, I was taking a minute to decide and they were still soo calm and friendly and helpful. Considering the amount of drinks and ingredients we asked for our order they are soo quick! The business interior look and feel is very inviting, warm and aesthetically pleasing! Plenty of spots to sit and space to chill in. In closing, Creating The Habit Nutrition is not only DELICIOUS and NUTRITIOUS but… beautiful! From the drinks, people and place! Thank you!!

The wife and I went in today to try out their protein shakes. The staff was great and very welcoming! The shop was very clean and organized and spacious. For the shakes being 20g carbs, 9g sugar, 24g protein this made a perfect choice for a treat. I had the berry blast and it tasted amazing. The wife had the banana cream pie and was also good. Only thing I would say is I wish it would stay open a little later just in case that sweet tooth hit at night. We’ll be back very soon!
