I am debating between 2 stars and 3 stars. It was a rough night, for sure. We arrived around 8pm and sat down. We had 1 friend with us that was on a separate check. We ordered pizzas, wings, and the bread appetizer. Wings came out in decent time. The teriyaki wings were good. Then, we waited and waited. We ask about the bread and pizzas. We were told there was a mix up in the kitchen. 10 min later the medium pizza showed up. It was ok. However, still no bread or small pizza. Again, we asked about the small pizza and bread. They said the kitchen didn’t receive some of the order. 5 min later the bread appetizer comes out. Still no small pizza. The table beside us came in well after we did, ordered, received their food, ate, paid, and left before we were done. We ask about the small pizza AGAIN! We were then told the kitchen never received that order. The small arrived just over 1 hour after we ordered. We were not charged for that small pizza but had to ask for a pen to sign my check.

Josie’s has the BEST wings and pizza in Florida (in my humble opinion). The honey hot wing sauce is awesome. The pizza is always hot, fresh and loaded with quality ingredients. My husband, friends, and I love dining at this location. Not a typical thing to say about a pizza place, but this isn’t a typical pizza place! There’s a house beer on draft that’s really fantastic! And the staff is top notch. It’s always great to see Lacey, she’s super knowledgeable and attentive. Six stars from these regulars!

While the food is decent, the service is horrific!!! I have never ordered from here and got my food on time or correct. I’m so over this service, every time I complain and their like I know. Really you know, what are you trying to do to make it better. This time, they have gave me my food, took it back, and after 5 more minutes of waiting gave me my food like trash (see picture). And to make matters worse they still gave me my order wrong; no sauce on my wings.

Wings at Josie’s are really top notch. Large meaty wings so it’s recommended to order them cooked crispy. We tried hot and honey hot sauces, we liked hot best. You can order all flats or all drums. Ordered a small fries on the side – enough for 2 to share. We ate in the dining room and everything was served piping hot. Server was super friendly and patiently talked us through the menu options as it was our 1st visit. We’ll be back !!
