They will deny the ability to make you a pizza while you are physically standing in the store watching them make pizzas because of make believe rules to end carry out 15 minutes prior. Was willing to pay for them to deliver it to my hands across the counter and after calling the general manager still refused to make a pizza for me but will deliver it to a residential location 15 minutes away.

Horrible place I would not order from them if it was the last place in Cleveland Georgia to eat. Ordered pizza, two hours later still no pizza. So of course we call and call finally speak to someone and was told that driver had a flat tire. Thanks for letting someone know. So we asked how would we get our pizza. So we try to cancel and get a refund. No I can’t get you a refund you will have to come get it. Then to top it off I had to pay a delivery fee for myself to get the pizza. Three small kids at home. Loaded them up and got there. Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered.

My boyfriend and I ordered 2 sandwiches a dip with pretzel twists, and a sprite at 9:30. The trackers the driver, Shawn was on his way at 10:30. When we checked the tracker again at 10:40 it said he had delivered the order. We received nothing. He didn’t even come down the driveway. And we put on the order that he could text us when he was 2 minutes out. Tried calling several times and no one answered. What’s the point in having phones? No one answers them, ever. The online support is no help. Basically $30 down the drain.

Giving them 5 because they are understaffed and still pump out great pizza but I would like them to slow the oven down and let the crust get crispy. Its hit or miss… sometimes it perfect sometimes its not.
