Ate here Saturday 08/05/23 for breakfast around 9 am. This location’s food is ALWAYS ON POINT! The ladies are always so darn friendly and always smiling. When I saw the same guys from before on the grill I knew our food was going to be fast and “goodt”. I Recall some of the same people. We have NEVER had a bad experience here. We have had breakfast and dinner items at different times and on different days. Never disappointed. I’ll spend my money here any day! Best food and service I have had here since I moved to this place a year ago. Management should be proud. If they aren’t they should be!

Came in last night. Worst service. Cook was outside in his car smoking marijuana. Server was too busy with her “friends” that were up there. Stood in the store 20 mins without being acknowledged. The cook came in and acknowledged me while the server sat on her behind. I will never return to this store. Management needs to get it together. Worst third shift I’ve ever seen at a Waffle House!

We had been traveling all day. It was about 830pm and everywhere we tried to find some dinner in the area had drive through lines around the building and closed dining rooms. Spotted this Waffle House.. went right in and sat down.. service was excellent.. food was great. Waffle House is a blessing for tired travelers!

Went in there this morning with a group of friends. Our server was good but when we got out food it was burnt and didn’t all come out as ordered. When one of the guys we were with asked about some missing toast the server asked the cook “Phyll” to make some he became belligerent and asked her why it took her 20 minutes to realize it was missing , when she told him not to speak to her like that he told her to shut up and started arguing and yelling at us then told us all to leave. He escalated the situation for no reason even when the police who were sitting outside came in he continued to call us names and be nasty. One cop told him it didn’t matter if he worked there he needed to stop talking. From what I am told this guy is a supervisor. So very sad that you have employee and managers who feel they have the right to start a fight with customers over some toast. Terrible that his action caused the server to not get tipped by half the group because they were forced to leave before they finished eating.
