With restaurant owners struggling to find help right now, I continue to be amazed by Haresh and how well he runs the Monticello Subway location. As a frequent customer, I see Haresh and his staff gracefully handle the lunchtime rush (and always with a friendly smile). Never have I been disappointed with my sandwich from this location (which I can’t say about other Subways). This is a difficult time for restaurant owners, and I’m really proud of Haresh in how he’s maintained the quality of his food and customer service!

These people messed up my order so I called because I didn’t get what I paid for and they basically told me they couldnt do anything so I file a complaint online hoping to reach Corp but no the boss calls my phone getting mad at me for filing a complaint I mean this has to be the most unprofessional subway I’ve ever been to Nish is the name of the boss I talked to. The Monticello I’ll Subway was a very nice place to get lunch. Very clean and even though it was packed, they got your order politely and efficiently. Ordered for 3 children and myself and we were in and out in about 10 minutes. Great staff, great job, and the sandwiches were exactly what we ordered
