Just so happened to find Dragonfly Noodle while visiting Pearl Street and I was very happy I did. Smoked brisket pho and Yaki udon were great, especially with the chili oil add on. Bao was soft and flavorful. Staff was helpful. Location was great. It’s set back off the main street, but worth seeking out. We will definitely stop here when in the area again!

Okay I love this place. It honestly has my favorite ramen of all time – the spicy miso is sooooo flavorful, with noodles cooked to perfection, amazing thinly sliced pork belly (my favorite, it’s like bacon but better), this spicy they flake on top, and this lovely little spoonful of sauce. The broth is incredible, and getting take out or dining in is good either way. While it is a bit expensive and service is okay, I’d say it’s worth the price.

Every time I eat here I’m incredibly impressed! The ramen is the best I’ve had since vacationing in Japan, it really is that good! If you like authentic (and I use that word VERY literally), then this is a great spot for ramen! The duck bao was also incredibly delicious, succulent, and presented very nicely! Strongly recommend, especially for anyone that has a gluten allergy, as they can substitute for rice noodles and tamari.

Very nice service, clean cool restaurant had a nice vibe. The ramen was just “alright”, the pork belly was super thin (like from a deli slicer) and pretty much dissolved in the broth. The flavor of the spicy miso broth wasn’t very “deep” and soulful like from a Japanese ramen shop. But they are giving it a Nice try.

The food was wonderful! Had the fresh ramen noodles made in-house, that was a game changer. Will definitely stop back by here every time I’m in Boulder. From the moment we walked in the staff was great. Jacob was a polite young man and knew the menu very well. He told us the ingredients in all the dishes we asked about, down to the spices in the broth. His recommendations were spot on. The owner/chef stopped by at the end of our meal to ask how everything was. You can tell he really cared if we enjoyed our dining experience at his place. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
