The WORST Pizza Hut experience of my life. First I placed my order to be curbside and was informed that they didn’t do curbside after waiting outside for 10mins. I ordered a large cheese stuffed crust pizza and was given a pizza with meat on it and it wasn’t a stuffed crust pizza. The girl in the store stated that they didn’t have any stuffed crust so I asked for a large pan cheese pizza instead. I waited over 30 mins and had to go inside to check on the pizza and the girl asked “I didn’t come bring you your pizza?” I said no and was given another box that looked used and it was a large thin crust cheese pizza that looked dry. I will NEVER order from this location again. I saw multiple other individuals bring back orders to the store. Save your time and money and go to another location!!! I wish I could give a negative star!!!

My husband and I live close to and have given this Pizza Hut several tries. Each time has been pretty bad. From not giving us the correct order to taking way too long. Our last straw was this past week.

Just horrible. I called to order pizza, and called three times (stayed on phone 5 min per call). Someone continued to pick up the phone and send me back to the recording. I drove to this awful place of a business and there no customers there. So why not answer the phone?

DONT WASTE YOUR $$. New management. No longer a corporate store. It’s now Lisa’s Pizza. Since she decided to change the dough. Why? To be cheap. Ordered 2 Large pizzas online. 1 Pan.. 1 stuff crust . This is what I got! Stuff crust pizza all the cheese was falling out the bottom of the pizza. The “Pan” pizza in the picture I don’t even want to talk about it was so nasty. Do better Lisa. Go back to the original dough this ain’t cutting it boo.

If there was a 0 star option, they earned it! We ordered online from this Pizza Hut. After about an hour, the system said the pizza was on its way. We waited 2.5 hours before we started calling the location to ask where the pizza was. Their phone must have been turned off. We tried them for a half hour. Then, we called corporate to complain. This place sucks and is poorly managed and irresponsible. Below is a picture of the dominos pizza we ended up ordering. Forget pizza Huts nice deals, you won’t get the pizza anyway. The dominos delivery man said that last night Pizza Hut “ran out of dough”. Wow…
