Hot Dogs
Chicago-Style Hot Dog
The dog that put Chicago on the map! We start with a real Vienna Beef hot dog and “drag it through the garden” of Vienna Beef toppings to make this classic: yellow mustard, relish, onions, tomato, pickle, sport peppers, celery salt and even some sauerkraut. Chicago bright green relish and celery salt available upon request. […]
$5.29
Double Dog
This dog is twice as nice! Double the Vienna Beef than our regular dog, top this the way you want it.
$8.39
Teenie Weenie
Little dog, big taste! We’ll serve it plain, or with ketchup and mustard.
$2.99
1/4 Lb. Jumbo Char Dog
This is a big, juicy dog charbroiled on the grill. Top this tasty dog with any or all of our delicious condiments.
$7.89
Polish Sausage
Made from Vienna Beef’s century-old family recipe. Hardwood hickory smoking and a special spice blend make this sausage a winner. We serve ours on French bread, and you top this however you like—we suggest mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes, pickles, hot peppers and sauerkraut.
$8.19
Ditka 1/3 Lb. Monster Polish
Chicago Bears legend and hall of famer Mike Ditka has teamed with Vienna Beef to create the Ditka Dog, a delicious, filling 8-inch, 1/3 pound sausage. Like Ditka says, “These sausages embody Chicago. The tradition, the teams, the fans, the big appetites. Chicago deserves a monster sausage they can be proud of.”
$10.49
Chili Dog
This dog is topped with our delicious veggie chili. Make this fully loaded by adding cheese for an additional 0.75!
$6.24
Chili Cheese Dog
Cheese makes everything better–even our already amazing chili fries. Decadent? Absolutely!
$7.19
Corn Dog
A Vienna Beef dog wrapped in corn bread—does it get any better?
$3.89
Dog Without The Bun $3.09
Dog With Condiments, No Bun $4.04
Burgers
1/4 Lb. Charbroiled Hamburger
Our 1/4 pound charbroiled burgers are made from local all natural, grass-fed, antibiotic- and hormone-free beef. Top your burger with fresh tomato, pickles, ketchup and mustard.
$5.99
1/2 Lb. Double Hamburger
Double the beef is double delicious!
$8.69
1/6 Lb. Beef Slider
These mini burgers are perfect for small appetites, but we bet you can’t eat just one, so why not grab a few and top them each differently? Yum!
$4.69
1/4 Lb. Buffalo Burger
We Coloradans love our buffalo burgers! Ours are juicy and lean, and made from humanely-raised bison provided from Great Range Bison. We charbroil them to perfection, you top them the way you like!
$8.29
1/2 Lb. Double Buffalo Burger
Double buffalo is double delicious!
$12.99

As soon as you walk up to the door, yummy smells linger. After walking in it’s has a throwback cozy ambience that smells even better!! I really enjoyed the chili cheese dog and chili cheese fries. My friend got the classic Chicago dog which also looked incredible. Staff is chill. I’ll be back again! Great Chicago comfort food with cool signage and Chicago vibes. Go White Sox!!!

I had my first Chicago style, vegatarian hot dog, and it was just delicious. Thank you for making a lovely plate of food while nourishing my memories of my childhood home.

Funky as ever, Mustard’s continues to crank out the best damn Chicago dog around. Paired with their hand cut, fresh fries, it’s a real treat. Situated close to the creek and lots of downtown Boulder park space, it’s easy to grab and go sit outside by the creek, or enjoy the old school interior. Went a week before taking a kid to Chicago for school, and we hunted down a fantastic Chicago dog spot in the city. Mustard’s holds its own

Absolutely amazing Italian beef, not just for the area, but a great contender for the Chicagoland area, too! Small place with a straight forward yet versatile menu and an efficient and friendly staff. We will absolutely be back to try more of the menu!

Way over priced for a burger with no fries and it was steel over $22 bucks. For that price they could have put some salt and pepper on the dang thing. If they learn how to season the food it may become a good spot to eat…tell them I would avoid and go to the fast food chain. At least they know how to use a salt shaker. The reason why I’m assuming not mad is because somebody gave me $20. When I walked in the door for my food and I still had to pay more out of my wallet.

Not sure what all the hype is about. Very mediocre experience. Dogs were nothing to write home about, and they took an inordinate amount of time to produce. Dining area was hot and flies were a nuisance. Don’t plan to return and would hesitate to recommend.

Pretty regular hot dog for the price. Chilli cheese fries were just okay. Grilled cheese was a little burnt. Just kind of m’eh overall

Did online order pickup which was fast and easy!! The food is really good and they have vegetarian/vegan options!! I would definitely go again. My only suggestion would be to give the place a good deep cleaning.

Good selection of dogs as well as alternatives. I didn’t expect to see so many vegetarian options, which is nice to be able to go with a group of all preferences. Prices are decent. Toppings are killer and generous Super casual atmosphere which is perfect for the cuisine.

Exceptionally good hot dog, very nostalgic for me. As a kid, I used to go to a Lowes near my house that had these in a stand outside. Was super excited to hear they still existed. Drove a long way just to get here and wasn’t disappointed! The hot dog was absolutely fantastic. However, the location was extremely tiny and didn’t leave a lot of room for much of anything. Furniture is kid sized, which was odd. Place didn’t seem to have its own parking, which is fair, but we had to pay for parking nearby. The hot dog was great, although rather expensive for a hotdog.
