Ordered pizza and stix for lunch. The online ordering process was quick and easy! When I arrived to get my pizza, the place was packed and I was greeted enthusiastically by the workers. The order was correct and it was delicious! Thanks, Toppers!

I order 3 pizzas/4 desserts online for pickup. I arrive and give them my info and get handed 2 pizzas/1 dessert. No biggie, I tell him the order is incomplete and show him my receipt. Blank stares. No acknowledgement. I start checking the boxes to see which is missing as he walks away. I tell him one of the pizzas isn’t mine, it’s a pepperoni and I ordered a Meat Topper (it’s missing bacon and sausage). Blank stare again. No acknowledgement. He walks over and starts making a pizza and I’m left wondering what’s happening for 10 minutes at the counter.

This place is absolutely awful. I ordered my delivery for 7pm because we weren’t going to be home. The driver came 15 min early and called me to see if my doorbell worked. I told him we ordered it at a certain time and weren’t expecting it to be there. He then hung up on me, handed it off to my neighbor and signed for me without my permission. Adding a $5 tip for himself. I called the store to see why I didn’t get my pizza or if I had to pick it up. They said I signed when, in fact I did not. They said because “I” signed and the driver dropped off the pizza at the wrong address they weren’t giving me a pizza or a refund. After an hour of bickering back and forth with the store they FINALLY sent the pizza with a free pizza and coke for the inconvenience… ALL THE PIZZAS WERE RAW AND UNCOOKED. This is the worst customer service and food service I’ve ever received. I’m never going to toppers again.

All I wanted was a house NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN TOPPER and they give me this!!! So disappointed, I thought toppers was better then this!! I think they wanted to intoxicate me with all that Nashville hot sauce, it was supposed to be a drizzle of Nashville hot sauce not the whole bottle!!! Literally could not even eat it, my husband was the only one who ate a little. So not worth $20 I could of ordered a pick any 2 for $6.99 deal but I was really trying to go for one of their house pizzas and im extremely extremely disappointed to have gotten this!!!

Every Friday is Pizza Friday and usually we are having Toppers. Never an issue in the daytime or on Fridays. This week we decided to skip Friday and order Saturday. Worst mistake. Order one large cheese, one medium cheese and stix for pickup. Get there, only given two boxes, medium cheese is missing. Checked the other two boxes, looked ok. Was offered to wait and get a large instead of medium, would take 8 minutes. Thanks and I sat down. 10 minutes later I’m handed a medium box, now I don’t complain because that’s what I originally ordered. I leave get in the car, something smells funny. I get home, large cheese pizza is burnt and by now cold. Stix are fine but the sauce is not chipotle ranch, somebody must have been high and mixed chipotle sauce with honey mustard. Medium pizza smells funny, I examine it and find bacon bits. We’re vegetarians. Call store, guy apologizes and offers new pizza. I said okay, deliver it I’m not coming back. New pizza took two hours to get here just to be delivered burnt and cold. Now I don’t want your pizza anymore and will look for a new Friday Pizza place.

Haven’t even tasted the pizza yet. I lost my appetite once I got home and figured out I was ripped off. My first time calling to order, with nothing more than an online menu and I hear about the 9.99 special ad on phone. When staff member answered i ordered one house pizza, one top your own 3 topping pizza and 14 wings, was told my total was over 50 dollars. I asked if there were any specials that could be applied like the 9.99 special I heard on the phone the staff member advised me the specials only come around sometimes. I get home with menu from store and it shows the deal running for 9.99 two or more pizzas any size house or top your own. This is not good practice. Help your customer save 20 dollars they will come back to spend it. Dont help customer, receive poor review and lose potential future revenue.
