I don’t really know how some people complain about the rude service. I have been to this place 3-4 times now, and each time I’ve been helped by the owner Khan. He is very, very nice. After my first visit, he remembered me even though I didn’t return until a few months later. The lunch buffet is always fresh and has decent variety. Their made to order food is delicious as well. Once, he even cooked up an item that wasn’t on their standard menu when I asked.

Went there for the first time two years ago and it was amazing. I went back a week ago and the food and service were terrible. The floor was sticky, tablecloth was dirty and my glass and silverware were covered in cloudy streaks. They have a dozen appetizers but I was told I could only pick between two. I go to order my meal and they have removed a lot of items. Waiter was irritated as I kept asking for things they no longer made even though it was on the menu in my hand. One of the people in the kitchen was barefoot when he walked out to use the bathroom. Took over 30 minutes to get my app which came out with my food and other than it being spicy it wasn’t flavorful or close to what I’ve had there before. I do not see this place being open much longer.

The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. The food is delicious and the food is cooked quick. Great vibe to the restaurant, with traditional Indian/Pakistani music. I enjoy their Naan (Flat bread) the most; dipped with sauce from their butter chicken. Will definitely come again.

I am a fan of Indian food, but this was clearly NOT it. I took my spouse for what I thought would be a lovely evening.. alas!!! It seemed like a cheap joint, unworthy of spending my $$, specially not with family. I have tasted Indian food in the past, which tend to be cooked from scratch.. and hence, fresh. Sadly, I was served leftovers… yes, I could taste the staleness in the food. I have now been frequenting other Indian restaurants nearby.

I am a frequent visitor to India Msala and LOVE the food. By far the best Indian in the area, and my very favorite place for lunch. The lunch buffet is reasonably priced, and while there are a limited number of choices, all are fresh and perfectly seasoned. While I’ve never eaten there at night, I regularly call in for take out on the way home.

For a small place the food is fantastic, I always go for the lamb curry and garlic naan. A word of caution they are limited on the amount of servers available, but the food is always fresh and the service is warm and welcoming. Well worth the additional wait in my book.

I am visiting High Point for the furniture market and I was at Masala India last night with my customer and I must say it was an extremely horrible experience and such an embarrassment for me. We had to wait almost an hour to get our order and 20 minutes to get the first glass of water. There was only one server who was trying to serve 8 tables at a time and had no clue what was going on. Not only the food was pathetic but they messed up our order big time. This place doesnt deserve any star. I would never ever go there again and would strongly NOT recommend anyone to go there.

I came to this restaurant and brought my whole family for the first time and I can honestly say that I was very impressed with not only the great service we had but the food was awesome! It’s hard to find authentic food now day s and this is it! There’s no doubt that I will be coming again with my family but I will also recommend it to my friends and to everyone to give it a try! The delicious food is worth every penny!

I love the food here, and the staff is always so nice. A hint of advice, they have one server. It’s a small place, but if they are busy the service can get a little slow. For me, waiting a little longer, for fresh, authentic food, and a respectful staff, is worth the wait.
