Service was ok but had a long wait. Staff was friendly but didn’t seem to know how to make the beverages. The house bacon egg and cheese sandwich was mediocre compared to the normal starbucks menue. Not ideal for anyone in a hurry.

Very friendly and quick. But the store was way too hot. My wife had to wait outside for me to bring her frap to her. This seems petty but i was in there for 7 min total and had sweat dripping from my forehead from standing still.

Very nice and convenient to have a Starbucks in the hotel but it would be nice if they were open later in the afternoon. They were sold out of some of their breakfast sandwiches by 7:30am and had quite a long line all morning — it’s great they have so many customers, but it’d be nice to see them better prepared to handle the rushes!
