I have to stop a minute to write this review, the manager who was working the shop today is always so professional, so nice and so efficient. I never have to wait long for my pizza. They use such great fresh ingredients. The veggie pizza is one of my favorite. Today I ordered something different. Chicken pizza with creamy sauce, green onions, tomatoes and herbs. I added mushroom because I like them. Its ALWAYS smart to get the family size. People, this pizza is just as good leftover as it is when you first cook it at home. I am a total convert. I will NEVER get pizza at any chain ever again except for PAPA MURPHYS.

The employee working this evening seemed annoyed that I came in 20 minutes before closing for a pizza. He even made it a point to tell me that they closed at 7 and he had already put everything away. Slammed everything on the counter that he had to get out. It might be helpful that if this location is not serving customers up until closing, that the doors are locked so people cannot come in and be an inconvenience.

I’m changing my review from five stars to three. I have ordered one or two pizzas from this location every Friday night for the last 5 years. The staff here has gone from superb to marginal very quickly. I always order extra toppings, every time. Lately I only get what I order about half the time. Submitting a photo of a cheese pizza ordered with extra mozzarella and extra cheddar. If I bring up the mistake, the staff grumbles and fixes the mistake with attitude.

I have purchased take ‘n bake pizza from this Papa Murphy’s on several occasions and never been disappointed. Most recently, I purchased a pizza for friends, one of whom adheres to a gluten-free diet. Although they only offer gluten-free in their medium size, my friends were very pleased with their pizza. And I was delighted that it was available and prepared in a timely manner.

There are better Papa Murphy locations in town. Chose this one because of location at the time, but will drive further for better quality. I like the Mediterranean salad, and this past experience, my salad had old iceberg lettuce on the bottom of the container, which you can’t see at first. The rest of the salad is spinach; they are being cheap in not placing spinach throughout the salad, like it is suppose to be. Not sure if the pizza sauce is as fresh as other locations as well.
