I can’t speak on the tea but as far as these protein shakes there’s no way they good for you! They test AMAZING and you can’t even tell there’s protein in it. The whole experience was fast and delicious! It’s a bummer they’re closed in Sundays because I could start my days off with a shake here everyday! I will be returning.

I love that when I’m out shopping in Valpo I have a place to stop that uses quality Herbalife products, teas/drinks, and doesn’t cut any corners. The owner also is so sweet and knowledgeable, she went out of her way to explain what she uses to make sure I ordered/got what I wanted, what I am used to, since my body is sensitive to certain items. I will for sure be going back to this shop when I’m in town shopping. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is absolutely amazing The owner and her staff are so helpful. I’ve never been to a nutrition place like this before, so I needed more help figuring out what would be best for me, and they really take the time to help you figure out what you would like!
