Just left and was pretty annoyed. Went through the drive thru and was the only vehicle in line. Greeted and order taken quickly. Advised it would be a 15 minute wait. I was fine with the wait. However it was actually a 25 minute wait and I ended up walking inside to check on my order. I was actually in the process of canceling my order and the associate handed it to me. Both the cashier and the associate who took my order were very apologetic. He stopped everything and prepared my order. He gave me what looked like twice the amount of shrimp required. He added an Oreo cheesecake cup. He apologize again as I was leaving. They looked short staffed. Those working up front looked really young and appeared to be trying hard. It was a long wait but my order was fresh, they apologized and they upgraded my order. It’s not a glamorous job and I’m glad someone has chosen to do it. If you go anticipate a wait but good customer service.

Horrible. Just save your money and your time and just avoid this place. The chicken was so insanely dry it might as well have been jerky. Tenders tho? They shouldn’t even call them that. Skinniest fried slivers and tiny nugget sized tenders is more like it. This place is ripping you off. The quantity and the quality you pay is insulting. This place is banking off of you.

Service is trash . Food is trash. Employees are trash. Never have anything at the store. No mash potatoes. How dont you have mash potatoes? They have been so bad we just decided to Never go to them. Soda is always flat. Close it down. Bring us an chicken shack that cares about there customers. Doors always locked on the inside. Why have a lobby if its always close.

Pulled up at 4:10pm with two cars waiting for food and no response from the drive through. After a minute, I asked if anyone was there, which I was responded with a mumble I could barely make out. “A few moments please.” I then proceeded to wait until 4:15 with no word from the person taking orders. I realized this was not worth my time and left. As I was leaving, the two cars ahead were still waiting on their food. I only wish I had warned the car behind me. I am confident I will never attempt to order from Popeye’s again.

This place is going to get someone sick the chicken was undercooked and the coleslaw was runny and warm. I am a certified chef and I would recommend to shut this place down. They don’t even know the proper internal temperature of chicken that needs to be cooked at.

Wanted white meat spicy, they had a spicy leg, breast and a thigh (they looked old). I asked when would they drop more, manager said not until those pieces were gone. Are you freaking serious?? So I’m offered a spicy breast, two mild wings…I accepted. Man behind wanted 5pc spicy and she tells him the same thing. He exits store and then she drops more spicy chicken. Smdh!! It’s always something with this store. Either order is wrong, items unavailable or nasty attitude. Three stars are for lemonade and the cashier!

This place has become a terrible place to eat. Came at 8:30 at night they are out of sandwiches. We are out of spicy chicken. And the lobby is closed yet again. The girl sounded high as a kite. Giggling and being really odd. Can’t remember the order. The person ahead of us said fried 5 times. It was ridiculous.

Waited at the register for over 12 minutes (with no one in line) . Ordered family meal. Chicken was so dried out and hard and can tell it’s been sitting under the lamp all day it was so brown and hard. Biscuits were totally unbeatable due to firmness. The girl at the register was not polite at all. Acted more like we were a burden than anything.
