It was a terribly rainy day so we stopped for some donuts and coffee. Jada was very friendly and patient with me while we figured out our order. The employees aren’t allowed to take tips and I think that should change but I will definitely be back if I’m in the area again!

One star is too many stars. I already knew this location sucked from multiple bad experiences. my boyfriend however keeps going here and has become a regular. we pulled up today to order breakfast and after ordering two donuts the dude taking my order began to ask if that was it. after every thing i said he would ask me if that was it, not even letting me finish ordering what i was asking for. i didnt get to finish ordering before he cut me off and gave me the total. i drove up to the window to hear the barista asking if the drinks were supposed to be iced because she probably knows our REGULAR ORDER. he proceeded to tell her they were hot. they were supposed to be iced. i drove away without my breakfast and without paying. i wont be visiting this location anymore. you couldnt pay me to

For some reason they can never get an order right. Every time I make a simple order they always seem to mess it up. I don’t understand what’s so hard about making a coffee the way I asked for it. It is a coffee place. Today was the third and final time that they have messed up on my coffee. I’m very disappointed in this Dunkin Donuts. They mess up the orders all the time. Then when you ask them to fix the order they look at you like you’re the one with the problem. I just would like what I paid for. I feel like staying to some of these employees how about you give me some money for something you want, then I’ll just give you whatever I want not what you’re asking for. We got 2 chai lattes and all that we taste is milk, other Dunkins that we’ve been to have given us our right order. This places seems to have forgotten to put the rest of the ingredients into our drinks or put way to much milk in, don’t go here.

I would put 0 stars for this mornings (2/28 1020am) service. Absolutely no customer service just attitude the moment she came to the window. Coffee order was entered wrong, gave coffee back because it wasn’t right attitude flared. Ordered 4 donuts only given 1, we say something and the woman named Buffy tells a coworker to “deal with this before I throw it at him” then yells out to us “Don’t come back”. Never have I dealt with such rudeness and disrespect from this location, & I come often.

I got bad service 3 days in a row from no cream and sugar in my coffee to a ridiculous levels of cream and sugar. One day I got a chicken sandwich and a coffee with no cream instead of the requested coffee with 3&3 and 2 wake up wraps and a hash brown. Today I ordered 2 wake up wraps and received only 1. So at the end I’ve wasted my money on your childish establishment. I’m dumbfounded that a manager can allow so much ignorance or maybe the manager needs to be evaluated as well. Regardless the staff is at fault for these mishaps because I know I spoke clearly into the microphone.

Have stopped here passing through Biddo a few times and will be finding another place to stop from now on. Experienced rude staff and poor food quality. Long waits at the window for a toasted bagel that was luke warm at best, and coffee/lattes that taste burnt. Also, can we talk about how they don’t even carry powdered donuts?!

I have never been at a Dunkin’ with such rude staff before! Ordered online and came in and was immediately yelled at that it was pick up only inside, no ordering it eating in (Despite the fact no other Maine location I’d been to in the last week had this policy). After telling them I had placed an online order, it turns out they hadn’t even bothered to start making it yet.
